Street parking. Playground and accessible portable toilet. Bring kids, families, and lawn games (corn hole, spike ball, frisbee, etc.), since this shelter has a good bit of grass space. Maybe a lawn chair if you like to mingle on the lawn.

3:00 p.m. Gather

4:00 p.m. Remarks by Director Kym and Board President Douglas, and introduction of other Board members, followed by Q&A.

4:30 p.m. Grilling, if you want to bring something for yourself.

But really you can arrive any time and leave any time.

No rain date – the shelter is large enough to keep us all dry.
